» PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: being a half clan cat, he inherited his long limbs and astounding speed from his windclan father, and his sleek, water proof coat from his riverclan mother. ever since cricketstripe was a kit his unusual, chocolate toned pelt turned the heads of every cat who saw him- even his nose is the same colour! the tom's eyes are strange as well, as they are ghastly, honey orbs that take in everything around him. although he looks delicate with such lanky limbs (which usually results in his clanmates telling him to go back to windclan), he is rather lean and well muscled beneath that glossy fur.
» PERSONALITY: overall, cricketstripe is a rather shy and reserved individual. he never seems to have anything mean or nasty to say, and the tom is always trying to bring the best out in everyone. he respects every individual for who they are (well... with exceptions for traitors) and is the kind of cat you can always depend on. cricketstripe is well mannered, and is very wise beyond his years- you may mistake him for an elder when you take the time to listen to what he says (which so few can seem to do). he ignores remarks about him being a half clan cat, and could really care less. after all; he wasn't the one that fell in love with a cat from another clan, so why should he be treated like so?
» HISTORY: cricketstripe was born along with two siblings: troutfrost and daisynose. but even then they knew that they were different... that they were halfclan cats that nobody liked. streamfur, their mother, was ashamed, especially since her father was the clan leader. grassclaw stood up for them all the same, but was killed when he got in a fight with a riverclan warrior. they were constantly being mocked and called names, but unlike her brothers, daisynose caved and ended up leaving to join windclan were she knew that she belonged. even so, he still loved her like the sister she was.
then, one night, when the tom left camp to clear his head, he was confronted by one of the warriors: mudfoot. he was told that riverclan had no time for half clan cats, and that time had run out. although he nearly managed to kill the young apprentice by suffocating him, cricketpaw threw him off just in time. except... he threw him off into the rapids, and quite obviously, was killed in an instant. only the leader believed the tom, and over time, the dispute was forgotten- that is until a rude clanmate had to bring it up.
now he is a loyal riverclan warrior that is trying to find his place and show them that blood doesn't mean everything.
